HarborOne U® Hosts Gallery Gala To Support Local Artists

Business of Art Workshop to Accompany Evening Celebration

HarborOne U®, one of the country’s first centers devoted to financial education, life and career support services and small business assistance, today announced it will host a Gallery Gala, Tuesday, December 13th from 5-7 p.m.   Since its inception, HarborOneU® has supported the local art community by showcasing work at the Mansfield location.  The Gallery Gala will bring together featured artists and their work from throughout the year, offering community members the opportunity to meet the artists, see their work and learn how to become an exhibitor.   Just in time for the holidays, the Gala also provides a great night of shopping. 

Featured artists include:

True to the mission of the U, the Gala will be preceded by “The Business of Art” Workshop, presented by Melinda Ailes, Regional Director and Business Advisor, Massachusetts Small Business Development Network, to help aspiring artists make the business of art more profitable. The free, interactive workshop will discuss marketing, sales, pricing, budgeting and business plans to help educate community members on how to turn a passion for art into a lucrative business.   The workshop will take place between 3:00-5:00 p.m. on December 13th.   To register, please visit: HarborOne U®
